Welcome to TogFinder (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, which includes our website (www.togfinder.co.uk), mobile applications, and associated services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By using TogFinder, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About TogFinder

TogFinder is an online platform based in Scotland that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to match engaged couples with professional photographers based on style, budget, and other preferences. Photographers can also use the Platform to showcase their work and connect with potential clients.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use TogFinder. By creating an account, you confirm that you are legally entitled to enter into a contract under Scots law.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to register and create a user profile.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information

     

  • Keep your login credentials secure

     

  • Notify us of any unauthorised use of your account

     

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Platform Role & Limitations

TogFinder acts solely as an intermediary platform. We do not offer photography services ourselves and are not party to any contract entered into between users.

We are not responsible for:

  • The delivery or quality of photography services

     

  • Any user-generated content

     

  • Disputes between couples and photographers

     

You acknowledge that you use the Platform and engage with others at your own risk.

5. Responsibilities of Users

All users must:

  • Use the Platform for lawful purposes

     

  • Not infringe upon the rights of others

     

  • Not post false, offensive, or misleading content

     

  • Not upload viruses, malware, or malicious code

     

Photographers must represent their services truthfully and honour any booking agreements made through the Platform.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Some services on TogFinder are free. Others require payment (e.g. VIP features, TogFinderPro access, ad placements).

  • Prices are listed in GBP and include applicable VAT

     

  • Payment is processed securely via a third-party payment provider

     

  • Subscription features may renew automatically unless cancelled in advance

     

  • Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and subject to our Refund Policy

     

7. AI Matching

TogFinder uses an AI recommendation engine to match couples with photographers. These are suggestions only, not endorsements or guarantees.

We encourage users to independently assess the suitability of service providers before entering into any agreements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, software, logos, images, and layouts — is the property of TogFinder or its licensors and is protected under UK copyright and intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.

9. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account if you breach these Terms or use the Platform inappropriately.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us or using your profile settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Scots law, we are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

     

  • Loss of profits, business, goodwill, or data

     

  • Any disputes between users

     

Our total liability is limited to £100 or the amount you have paid to us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TogFinder, its affiliates, and employees from any claims or liabilities resulting from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Privacy

Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using TogFinder, you consent to our data processing practices in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated to users. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
